This interactive app allows you to explore transcriptional regulatory networks between transcription factors (TFs), enhancers, and their connected genes.

1. Select dataset: Choose the dataset to analyze.
2. Guided search: Select TF, Gene, or Enhancer to start exploration.
3. Add or combine networks: You can add multiple contexts before generating the network.
4. Adjust filters and visualization: Refine thresholds or enable physics.
5. Generate network: Visualize and inspect interactions in detail.
⚠️ Tip: Large networks (>200 nodes) may take longer to render.
